We assigned a dedicated payroll team to migrate them to ADP Workforce Now, set up state-by-state withholding and unemployment accounts, register for SUI in every new state, and build a compliance calendar with automated reminders for every federal and state filing.
The Result
In 24 months, the healthcare group has had zero late payroll tax filings, zero late payments, and a 100% clean compliance record. We resolved all 3 prior IRS notices, recovered 2 state withholdings that had been over-collected, and freed the in-house admin to focus on employee relations instead of paperwork.
