We share information only with: sub-processors who help us deliver services (under written agreements with the same security baseline); US tax authorities (IRS, state DORs) as required for filings; professional advisors (auditors, legal counsel) under confidentiality; and as required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing [email protected]. We respond to all verified requests within 30 days, in accordance with applicable US state privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA, VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, etc.).

7. Data Retention

We retain client financial records for a minimum of 7 years post-engagement, in line with US IRS recordkeeping requirements and AICPA professional standards. Marketing data is retained until you opt out.
